More bus-lines around (284, 380). urban design: - Very large carfree area inside. Very calm, because very large suburban colony for 5,000 people; a real children`s paradise - Area has ~7.3 hectares; ~500-650 meters x 130 meters - most dwellings in public social building programme, additional some property dwellings. diese Seite auf deutsch definition optically carfree: car parking and motorised traffic is not allowed inside the quarter (with exceptions for the usual special cases like emergencies, furniture transports etc). Private parking is possible only at the rim and/or in underground garages. There is a conventional number of parking places, so there exist no further regulations (like "carfree contracts" etc) on car ownership. exhibition:
