lend
out:
technical
details:
•
15 plates:
-
size: ~100 x 75 cm, cross formatted
-
both sides laminated, but not sure of rain/weather (some raindrops are
no problem).
•
attaching / fixing: the plates do not have holes, therefore use
-
frames, or
-
fix them with fotostrips (double faced) from behind, or
-
use clamps (attention: with wide pressure surface to avoid cracks/swellings
of plate), or
-
use these big transparent covers for architect`s maps
costs:
•
licence: price for demand
-
the costs for the exhibition`s production amounted ~15,000 Euros in total,
therefor we cannot neither renounce the licence nor publish the CD, sorry.
We calculated the price for the lend-out very low, so we hope to get back
our investment in the next 15 years ...
-
short of money? Ask your local environmental protection group or city administration
for support. Present this exhibition as a project of Local Agenda 21. Combine
it with public discussions event, invite politicians, NGOs and the local
administration. Don`t forget the public media, they always enjoy an interesting
political fight about transport ...
•
transport:
-
Exhibition`s post box size: ~ 105,0 x 76,0 x 4,5 cm; additional 2 tip-up
grips in front & on top. UPS always accepted the size.
•
coverage: We need some security. You have 3 choices:
-
security bail (2,100 Euro)
-
official letter of security (means: from government or public administration)
-
insurance policy (seems that this is approx. expansive as the security
bail)
•
tariff of duties
-
concerning only Not-European-Countries, e.g. Switzerland, Norway, ...
•
fees of bank transfer and change
-
concerning especially Non-Euro-Countries, e.g. Switzerland, Great Britain,
...
